Dr. Anna Irina Medovarszki

Dr. Anna Irina Medovarszki is a board-certified OBGYN with a dedicated focus on aesthetic medicine, working at the intersection of women’s health, skin health, and modern aesthetic medical care.

Throughout her clinical career, she observed a recurring gap in traditional medicine: hormonal health, physical transformation, intimate well-being, and aesthetic concerns are often treated in isolation, rather than as interconnected aspects of a woman’s overall health and identity. This insight became the foundation of her work in aesthetic medicine.

Avem was created from this perspective. It is a medical clinic centered on aesthetic medicine, hormonal health, prevention, longevity, and intimate wellness—built to offer a continuous and integrated approach to care. The focus is not only on treating concerns, but on supporting long-term confidence, well-being, and natural appearance across all stages of life.

Her medical background is rooted in leading Swiss institutions, including the University Hospital of Zurich, where she worked as a scientific associate in the Department of Dermatology and Skin Health, contributing to clinical and academic work in dermatology and skin aging. She also completed her doctoral research in dermatology, forming a strong scientific basis for her approach to aesthetic medicine.

She further refined her clinical expertise through a postgraduate internship in dermatology and advanced training in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic surgery, including ultrasound-assisted procedures that support precision, safety, and refined treatment planning.

Alongside her work in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Medovarszki has experience in aesthetic gynecology, including minimally invasive and surgical procedures such as labiaplasty and vaginoplasty. She is also actively involved in international congresses and academic exchange, with a strong commitment to ethical, transparent, and responsible medical practice.

Her approach to aesthetic medicine is defined by restraint, precision, and anatomical respect. Every treatment is guided by the principle of achieving natural, harmonious outcomes that remain true to the individual over time.

Fabio Ponzio is an international executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience across global organizations, with a focus on operations, strategy, and business development.

Throughout his career, he has led and scaled complex international structures, bringing together multidisciplinary teams across operations, product, marketing, sales, and organizational development. His background spans both strategic leadership and hands-on execution in fast-growing, innovation-driven environments.

At avem, he is responsible for operational leadership and strategic development, ensuring that the clinic is built on strong structures, efficient processes, and a consistent standard of excellence across all areas of the patient experience.

In addition to his executive career, he is an active advisor and investor in innovative startups, reflecting a strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and long-term value creation.
